Ettlin’s Cafe in New Prague cooks’ true homemade breakfasts. They have awesome pancakes, French toast and make the traditional Czech breakfast which includes dumplings, gravy, kolacky and jiternice (a Czech sausage) with your choice of eggs. They also have hot and cold coffee flights including a Harry Potter coffee flight. Their lunch menu is fantastic as well. They are open 8am to 2pm except Mondays. Ettlin’s is good home cooking!
