Lau's Czech Bakery. New Prague is an awesome small-town bakery with a great selection of fresh baked doughnuts, pastry’s, rolls and bread. They open at 5 am and plan to arrive early in the morning for the best choice. They also offer great lunches at a fair price and you can enjoy a meal at their old-fashioned counter. They make homemade beef commercials which is hot beef served between bread and covered with gravy. Hours are 5 am to 2 pm Tuesday to Friday and 5 am to 11 am Saturday.
