The Hy-Vee grocery store has a short-order breakfast menu at the Market Grille inside of the New Prague location that serves a fast competitive breakfast from 7:00 am to 11 am daily. The electronic boards change at 11 so if you are there later in the day it may not appear they serve breakfast. It is a no-frills option; I like the omelets. They have other food menus throughout the day as well including chicken dinners.
